This weekend (Oct 22nd & 23rd) Division 43 is holding a special sales event. The development of micro-homes that was just released this year is offering 12 of its 29 total units at special pricing (PDF).
The full range of floor plans is included in the 2-day promotion — from lofts to studio 1-bedrooms to 2-bedroom condos. Studios that originally hit the listings for $130K are now offered at $99,995 and this weekend’s event says that you will “save thousands” (presumably in addition to the currently reduced prices).
Division 43 is located at the corner of SE 43rd Ave and SE Division. Since the development’s debut on the listings in August 2011, 6 units have gone pending.
