WSJ Features 1930′s Home in Dunthorpe

Earlier this week, the Wall Street Journal profiled this 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath home on House of the Day. Located at 380 SW Edgecliff Road in the Dunthorpe neighborhood, it was last purchased for $1.1M in 1996 and is now offered at just under $2M.

The home reportedly has all the charm and character of a 1930′s home — and I’m pretty much ready to believe it when the listing describes things like carved moldings, quarter sawn oak floors, leaded windows, and copper gutters. Not to mention the eye-catching built-ins throughout the home and the floor-to-ceiling wood panels in the office.

You can find more info and many more photos in the WSJ feature, Redfin listing, or the broker’s site (Realty Trust).
